Madison Square Garden played its magic once more. UFC 281 was a truly glorious event. All the fights were spectacular, to say the least, and packed a few surprising results. It wasn’t anticlimactic at all. Perhaps one of the most positive things to come out of the whole blockbuster event was a disabled kid getting to watch the event of his lifetime, all thanks to Dana White. ‘The world’s most famous arena’ produced a blockbuster event that saw the Middleweight title exchange hands. The roster for the night was full of megastars and breathtaking match-ups. We all witnessed an extremely violent and intense battle between Dustin Poirier and Michael Chandler. Also, Frankie Edgar’s unfortunate result to bid adieu to UFC left the fans a bit blue.
Weili Zhang looked quite confident and astute in her win over Carla Esparza. Lastly, Dan Hooker breezed past Claudio Puelles in the lightweight bout.

White met Michael at UFC 279, his friends and family organized a fundraiser to see him at his UFC, and an old friend tipped him off.
They jumped on it and took him there. This kid was “so awesome” that White liked him right away. He had just turned 16 and had just gotten his driver’s license. The UFC president invited him to his UFC 281 in New York. Excited, Michael wanted to quickly go to New York along with his parents. Above all, White put him right behind the great Mike Tyson.

Without saying a word, Tyson treated Michael very well and took a picture with him. Today, the incredibly beautiful little Michael passed away and White is devastated. He hung in there long enough to be there, and White thanked everyone who attended Saturday night and made his weekend special.
