UFC 300: Dana White’s Ignorance of Nate Diaz Hands the CEO an Angry Request for UFC 306 at Las Vegas Sphere

UFC 300 is done and dusted. Dana White has kept his promise to make the card an absolute mad lad. With fights featuring bangers like Alex Pereira to Charles Oliveira, White has made sure that it would be an unforgettable exposition. Veteran fighter, Nate Diaz had previously expressed his desire to fight on the card but it seems like Dana White had some other plans for the grand night.

Diaz hinted that he would like to fight in the UFC 300 card against Conor McGregor when he shared a photo of their previous fight with a caption that read “Real War”. However, both Diaz and McGregor are excluded from the grand event and it seems like Diaz has let go of his UFC 300 dreams as the Stockton native is now looking at a different fight.

Is Nate Diaz set to fight soon?

Nate Diaz’s last bout under the UFC banner was against Tony Ferguson at UFC 279. Diaz has been away from the octagon since then despite holding an active contract with the UFC. The Stockton native became a free agent when he left the UFC’s doors to have a boxing match with YouTuber-turned-Boxer, Jake Paul last year. Diaz hinted that he would be making a comeback to the MMA stage and UFC 300 seemed to be his playground but seems like Dana White had some other plans.

However seems like Nate Diaz is now looking at a different venue other than UFC 300. After being snubbed by the UFC CEO for the grand night, Diaz has handed over an angry callout to the UFC head honcho. In a separate post on his X( Formerly Twitter) handle, Diaz shared a photo of UFC 306’s venue Aka, Las Vegas’s sphere, and captioned it as “I’ll be here fuck 300”.

He further took to his Instagram handle to share an image and a video focused on the UFC 306 event. He shared an image of the venue and captioned it as “Im busy for UFC 300, I’ll pull up to this one”. He shared a funny video where he asserted what he would do if he got a hold of the Sphere’s system

The fights for the UFC 306 are yet to be announced and there’s a possibility that Nate Diaz might show up at the event, in one way or another. Nonetheless, let us look at some general information about UFC noche.

2024 has been going fabulous for the promotion and seems like Dana White is not in the mood to keep the hype train at any stoppage. The UFC head honcho finally announced that they are looking at ‘The Sphere’ for the UFC 306 event. What’s special you ask? It is the Sphere that makes the difference. The vibrant venue would be one of its kind for any promotion and UFC would be the first one to capitalize on it.

UFC 306 is poised to be one of the biggest events for the UFC this year, primarily due to the venue. Dana White will be eyeing blockbuster fights that night. No fights have been announced but there’s speculation that Conor McGregor’s big comeback might make it more intriguing and who knows even Nate Diaz can come as a wildcard for the event.
