Israel Adesanya recently turned some heads after he was seen training with Logan Paul. The UFC middleweight champion spent time grappling with Paul. They were joined by Adesanya’s teammates, Alexander Volkanovski and Craig Jones. Judging from the pictures, Adesanya had a good time with the group in Puerto Rico. He also seems to be on good terms with Paul. Now, ‘Stylebender’ has given another sign of their friendship as he showed off something to give a shout-out to Paul’s Prime Hydration brand.

Earlier this year, Prime became the official sports drink of the UFC. The KSI-Logan Paul venture saw phenomenal growth following the historic deal. Now, Paul has the backing of Adesanya, who is helping promote the energy drink.

Israel Adesanya shows off ‘Prime’ bling

In a recent Instagram story, Israel Adesanya gave a huge shout-out to Prime Hydration. ‘Stylebender’ posted a clip of him opening a box of jewelry containing a necklace with the word ‘PRIME’ as the locket. The UFC champion showed off the shiny diamond-studded necklace from different angles.

It is unsure if this was a gift from Prime to Adesanya, but the 33-year-old looks impressed with it either way. ‘Izzy’ has a habit of wearing flashy clothes and jewelry that his opponents have used to mock him before. But that does not stop him from being himself. He has repeatedly shunned his naysayers by flaunting his shiny jewelry, painted nails, and fashion sense.

Logan Paul has expressed interest in trying a hand at MMA in the future. Training with someone like Adesanya and his team will aid ‘The Maverick’ and help him go a long way to that end. Meanwhile, Adesanya made the news in relation to Logan Paul’s brother Jake Paul as well.

Adesanya kicked Jake Paul’s former employee

In a recent clip that surfaced on the internet, people saw Israel Adesanya teaching some humility to the heckler from the Nate Diaz-Jake Paul press conference. One of Paul’s employees from Betr Media made a disrespectful callout of Nick Diaz to Nate Diaz‘s face.

Jake Paul promised to fire the employee, who introduced himself as Derek. Weeks later, Derek ended up training with Israel Adesanya, who taught him some manners. It was all fun and games, but Derek’s face said the pain from a half-hearted demo kick that Adesanya threw was real as can be.

Adesanya seems to be having fun after winning his title back at UFC 287. Fans can expect to see him back in the cage at UFC 293 in Sydney in September.
