UFC Fight Night at Orlando proved to be an enthralling one for the fans. The audiences had got their money’s worth with multiple stupendous bouts throughout the event. One fight that caught the eyes of the audience immediately was between the Israeli UFC Lightweight, Natan Levy, and the 30-year-old Mexican star, Genaro Valdez. During the bout, Levy showcased an awesome hook kick which bore a lot of resemblance to the legendary WWE wrestler, Shawn Michaels’ coveted finishing move, ‘The Sweet Chin Music’. However, Conor McGregor’s jiu-jitsu coach & Bellator star Dillon Danis was not too happy with it.

The sports media giant ESPN shared a post on their official social handles, showcasing a snapshot of the moment when Levy landed the kick on his opponent. They collaged it with Shawn Michaels, landing his signature move on professional wrestling icon Hulk Hogan.

The post caption read, “SWEET CHIN MUSIC #UFCOrlando”.

With such a big comparison, it was not surprising that the post had the fight fans talking.

Dillon Danis gave his unfiltered opinion about the comparison

The fans provided various kinds of reactions in the comments section. Some appreciated Levy’s kick, others pointed out that it was a lot different from the actual Sweet Chin Music, and some more iterated the difference between a kick in UFC and a kick in the WWE.

However, Bellator MMA fighter Dillon Danis, who is scheduled to compete against YouTuber KSI in a professional boxing contest, did not appreciate the comparison.

“Not even close,” wrote Conor McGregor‘s stablemate about Levy’s kick resembling with HBK’s kick on Hulk Hogan.

Nonetheless, the executioner of the kick, Natan Levy himself, commented on ESPN MMA’s Facebook post, “That was fun!”.

One user agreed to ESPN MMA calling Levy’s kick Sweet Chin Music. They wrote, “That was the comment I made right when it happened. That’s funny”.

Another commented, “It’s called DEE TOES MOVE.”

Levy also received appreciation from another user who wrote, “Say what you want but that was one hell of a good fight !”.

Another user pointed out the difference between a UFC kick and a WWE kick commenting, “The difference is Shawn Micheals and Hulk were actors”.

A few others went on to differentiate Levy’s kick from the actual Sweet Chin Music.

One of them wrote, “Sweet chin music is a side kick this is a hook a kick get It together ESPN”.

Another one commented, “He kicked him in the temple wasn’t even close to sweet chin music lol”.

While one user took it to a funny side commenting, “Cant wait to see my favorite MMA fighter Logan Paul back in action next year!“.

How Nathan Levy executed the kick at UFC Orlando?

Levy looked strong right from the initial round of the bout and landed the hook kick in the ending moments of the first round. The kick got the fight fans’ attention.

The Israeli star started pressurizing his opponent right from the get-go and continued his domination up till the last. Apparently, he was awarded a victory via a decision over his opponent.

The highlight of this entire matchup was the several kicks and the grappling show from Levy; out of which, the hook kick garnered the most attention.

In his post-fight interview, Levy was asked about Kanye West’s controversial statements. The UFC star was not happy with the American rapper. Thus, Levy warned West as he asked ‘Ye’ to “come and see” him if he had a problem with him or his people.
