With his friend Nugent Walker, he released his debut album named ‘Country Yutes’. Hence, music has been his passion for a long time now. From all the artists he loves, he spoke about wanting to be like DJ Khaled.

Moreover, he wants to win grammy aways and other accolades that come with the field. DJ Khaled is one of the most successful music producers in the world and Bolt wants to follow in his footsteps.

Usain Bolt inspired by DJ Khaled

In a recent interview, he talked about the prospects of him wanting to become like Khaled. His album named?Major Key,?released in 2016, received him a place on top of the Billboard charts and received a Grammy nomination for the best rap album. Hence,?Bolt?wants to develop his taste for music with DJ Khaled at the forefront.

“Now for me, I produce music. I don?t sing. My best friend does, but I know my ability. I?m not a singer, you know what I mean, so I want to be like a DJ Khaled. A person that loves music, makes proper albums, links up with different musicians, and stuff like that, so it?s just a different energy, and that?s what I?m focusing on. I love seeing the energy and the way DJ Khaled is as a person, and I know I?m that person, so I?m just taking my time, working my way up to that,”?said?Bolt.

Bolt enjoys dancehall and reggae music. Dancehall is a music genre that evolved in Jamaica back during the late 1970s. With his sights set on the future, he looks to achieve greater heights in the music industry.

Bolt loves DJing

He talked about how he DJ’ed during afterparties of meetings and other programs. He loves music and often spoke about developing his record company. His first album Country Yutes was released in 2021 and it received rave reviews from all corners of the world.
