“I Am Not Perfect”: Reigning Mr. Olympia Winner Big Ramy Revealed His Preparation Going Into the Upcoming Bodybuilding Mega-Event

Winning a title like Mr. Olympia is a prodigious feat; however, winning it for consecutive times is much bigger. Several bodybuilders have accomplished this achievement. However, the recent beast with this achievement, Mamdouh ‘Big Ramy’ Elssbiay, will be soon looking to convert the two into three.
The reigning Mr. Olympia champion, Big Ramy, recently joined an Instagram live with the 7X Mr. Olympia winner, Phil Heath. In the live session, Big Ramy revealed his preparation for the upcoming competition. Moreover, he talked to Heath about the extra hard work the reigning champion had to put in every next time.

Big Ramy understands his responsibilities
The two-time Mr. Olympia winner is all set to put his contention in Mr. Olympia 2022. While talking with Phil Heath, Big Ramy talked about the challenges that a reigning champion has to face while competing in his next. According to Ramy, the champion has to work incredibly hard to look bigger and better than before. Because that’s what people expect from them. Anything otherwise would hurt the fans and even the judges will score accordingly.

When Heath asked about his preparation for the upcoming competition Ramy said, “My third one, it means a lot to me because you know I am really trying to put myself in the bigger better package than the last year for sure.”

He continued, “And I am working very hard this year because I start from the day after Olympia because I know I am not perfect last year and I am working for the second day from Olympia 2021 to come next week in best package. I hope I can do that. I’m working very hard until today for that and I am very exciting to see the biggest line.”

Mr. Olympia 2022 is predicted to be one of the most interesting competitions in the history of Olympia. It is because of the high-quality lineup it offers this year. However, the champions like Big Ramy and Brandon Curry will be tough competitors to each other.
