However, while some bodybuilders are all set with their aesthetic physiques, others are still facing some struggles with their regime. One such contestant is Chinedu Andrew J.
Chinedu Andrew J, professionally known as Andrew Jacked recently opened up about his struggles with the diet, days ahead of Mr. Olympia. Andrew talked about his scuffle with none other than 8X Mr. Olympia winner, Ronnie Coleman. Let’s find out, what was Ronnie’s take upon Andrew’s diet fret.

Andrew Jacked facing dietary struggles ahead of Mr. Olympia 2022
Recently, Ronnie Coleman and Andrew Jacked collaborated on a podcast. They talked about various in and outs of the upcoming Mr. Olympia contest. As per the talk, it is Andrew’s first time taking part in the contest and he seemed excited about it, as he said, “I’m like all right I think I’ll give this part a shot and see what happens”.

At a later point in the podcast, Ronnie asked Andrew about his diet plan for Mr. Olympia. On this, Andrew opened up about his stomach sensitivity and his allergies to food. Andrew said, “my stomach is so small and sensitive and I have a high level of allergies, especially to food”. Andrew even mentioned his struggles with savoring a proper diet. “I barely can eat six square meals. I just eat four meals and one shake”, added Andrew.

Ronnie conceded with Andrew’s dietary regime, as Coleman said, “you know that’s kind of what I did too”. However, as a fitness coach, Ronnie gave his valuable advice to Andrew by saying, “in order to get big, you need to eat big”.

Chinedu Andrew J hails from Dubai. He made his debut in the world of bodybuilding at EBBF Ajman Bodybuilding and Physique competition in 2021. Andrew gained widespread recognition right after his victory at EBBF. Forthwith his triumph, Jacked became the fitness icon for many. In September 2022, the champion again set the bar very high by winning the reverent title of Arnold Classic UK. Now, he is all set to pose his aesthetically sculpted body on the podium of Mr. Olympia.
