In his newsletter Jay Mail, he stated that one should not go for a diet plan that they do not enjoy. While explaining, he divided it into three steps. Firstly, he advises his fans to “look at the meals you eat the most”. Secondly, “consider how nutritious they are”. And lastly, “What changes you need to make in order for them to get you closer to your goals.”
