Bodybuilding’s most prestigious championship, Mr. Olympia 2022, is about to start. While the audience has picked their favorites, judges have begun to analyze the potential winner in the strong line-up of competitors this year. Reigning Mr. Olympia Big Ramy, who is expected to retain his title this year, was recently analyzed by IFBB’s head judge Steve Weinberger in a podcast interview. It appeared that the judge was doubtful rather than confident of the two-time Mr. Olympia making a mark in the upcoming competition.

“The pictures I saw of Ramy [this year], he looks extremely dangerous,”
He continued, “I don’t think it’s overconfidence. He’s a pretty levelheaded guy. I think he could maybe over-diet and come in too small, which I seriously doubt. He’s starting to look a little lean, which could hurt his shape… or come in too big like last year.”

Although Ramy appears to maintain a lean body, many still hope that he might win the competition again.
