She has posted the series of images with the captivating caption mentioning “#happyhalloween  So much fun trick-or-treating with the grandbabies. At one point this guy’s head was in Beckett’s mouth! The kid also has a collection of medals hanging from the child’s neck. The caption “The dream starts small” accompanied the image, setting the stage for further acknowledgment. Of course, the little Michael Phelps is extremely adorable and has everyone’s heart! 

The 38-year-old Phelps stumbled upon the image and, without adding any emojis or captions, shared it in a story on his own Instagram account. While he remained silent in words, the joyous mood was unmistakable. Witnessing his miniature counterpart surely elicited a hearty laugh from Phelps.
