Martial art legend Bruce Lee is an example of sheer discipline and hard work. He was a dedicated person who achieved top-notch status in both martial arts and acting following immense struggle. After he became a known martial art teacher in the west, Lee desired to rule the region?s cinema. However, to become one of the greatest Hollywood personalities, Lee had to plan and work harder than ever.?
Recently, Lee?s memorial Instagram page shared a rare image of Sensei?s personal diary. It revealed his timetable. Moreover, the diary indicated how well-disciplined Lee was even in his struggling period.?

Bruce Lee liked to plan his day
Bruce Lee detested the idea of being jobless. He liked his day planned and he religiously did so by maintaining a personal diary. As per the rare image of one of the pages from Lee?s diary, the martial art demigod would note down his routine for every hour of the day.?

The page was dated 5 February 1969. On that day, Lee planned to visit Dr. Graham at 2:45 in the morning. This was followed by performing stomach exercises. Next, Lee noted down about reading a motivational book called Think and Grow Ri by Napolean Hill. After this, he dedicated time to reading and studying. Following this Lee would have lunch by 12 pm and then visit Dr, Graham again for a physical check-up. That day, Lee also had to visit a bookstore for sales purposes. Finally, the Sensei ended his day after practicing Jeet Kune Do by 7:30 and then he would rest.?
Note that this was in 1969 when Lee struggled to make a big name for himself in the west. Nevertheless, during his struggling period, he made many friends and students who always frowned upon his constant habit of practicing martial art throughout the day. Lee had also noted down his martial art routine on one of the pages of his diary.?
Bruce Lee planned his kicks and punches too
Super disciplined Bruce Lee is primarily known for his martial art knowledge. Indeed, Lee worked hard to reach perfection in his self-developed combat style Jeet Kune Do. For this, he planned his kicks and punches as well. A few days ago, Lee’s memoir page uploaded a page from Lee?s diary that listed his training schedule.?

The page read about how many Punches he had to do for each side in a day. It also contained the number of kicks, the reps or sets, alongside running and cycling.
