However, despite all the controversies surrounding it, the 5 singles Grand Slam champion continues to support its product as suggested by her recent social media posts.

Over the past few decades or so, the former tennis ace has bagged a slew of endorsement deals given her list of remarkable achievements on the court. Notably, Maria Sharapova is proud to part to be a part of the home gym equipment brand, Tonal, as its ambassador.

Due to alleged patent infringement, the startup company has lately been the target of legal action from Peloton, their competitor. Tonal is accused by its rival of stealing its concepts and technology to launch its line of fitness and gym equipment. As a result, Peloton is now calling for an immediate halt to the startup brand’s sales across the United States.

They have additionally filed claims against Tonal to obtain recompense. However, despite all the legal drama surrounding the gym equipment company, Maria Sharapova continues to showcase her support for the brand. The Russian tennis beauty, who is quite active on her social media, recently shared an image of her home fitness equipment from Tonal. While sharing a photo of that equipment on her Instagram story, Sharapova added a caption, “No days off @tonal”

Other renowned athletes might also be affected by controversies
Apart from Sharapova, there is another tennis legend who is associated with the fitness company as its athlete partner. It is none other than the Queen of the Court, Serena Williams, who might also be affected by the legal drama surrounding Tonal.
Even the NBA legend, LeBron James is proud to be part of the gym and fitness equipment company as its brand ambassador. Other notable athletes like Tony Gonzalez and Mike Tyson are also associated with the startup brand.
