The AEW superstar is currently out of action indefinitely and is nursing a brutal injury. The former AEW World champion never misses a chance to speak to his fans via his social media handles. However, a digital impostor took over his account, and the fake Kenny Omega made some dangerous posts. However, the hacker and Omega shared one thing in common, and that was the excitement for WrestleMania XL.

When Kenny Omega agreed with what his digital impostor said

Kenny Omega was last seen in action last year and had announced his hiatus to his fans on X. The nature of his injury is still at large, but fans are concerned about him since it was enough to put him out of commission. Moreover, fans are also worried about his AEW contract, which may not outlast his injury. Disrupting this rhythm, a hacker took over his X account. Imposter Kenny Omega shared three peculiar tweets. One of those tweets asked his fans if they were excited about WrestleMania XL.

Omega deleted all these tweets and wrote, “Oh boy, apologies. Think we’ve gotten this under control. Disaster averted after a late April Fool’s joke on me? All should be good! Sorry again! 🙇‍♂️” However, a curious fan reiterated the question asked by the hacker.

The fan wrote, “Hacker did ask an important question though, you excited for mania?” In response, Kenny Omega tweeted, “Kinda! Got some friends doing big things!” Thus, the AEW superstar expressed his investment in witnessing WWE’s biggest-ever PLE in history. 

While this interaction could have presented some bad optics because of Omega’s relations with AEW, the pro wrestler didn’t seem to mind it. But, which WWE superstars will Kenny Omega be watching out for at WrestleMania XL?

Kenny Omega had recently made a tweet on X that said, “I learn something almost every day I’m at a venue. Even the tiniest of details can make a difference. There’s no doubt in my mind that with someone as unique and successful as Orton, I’d have plenty to learn, absorb, and apply. Tis facts.” The tweet was issued in response to a clip from the Busted Open Podcast where WWE Hall of Famer Bully Ray said that Omega could learn from Randy Orton.

Bully Ray was talking about the in-ring psychology that The Viper brings to the table every single time he steps inside the ring. Thus, it seems natural that Kenny Omega would be cheering for Randy Orton at WrestleMania XL.
