And during the podcast, his co-host Jon Alba asked Hardy what he thought about the changes being made by the WWE. And it took no time for the Broken One to praise the Stamford-based promotion. He said, “I think considering all the backlash and all the negativity from the alleged Vince McMahon charges. And everything that’s going on, I think this is the way to go you need to sell this. And you need to brand this as a new era. It’s a new start I think that’s what’s best for WWE. That’s what’s best for TKO and Endeavor. And it’s very important to say that and let people be aware and know that like things have changed.

He further added, “And also I feel like if you’re watching the product, it’s very obvious things have changed. Like I love these streaming shots. They’ve done like these long shots, these one continuous shots they do like there was one where they started in the back and they saw little guys interacting and then someone goes straight to the ring, all the way into the ring. And it’s like one continuous streaming shot. Like I love that stuff. There’s different shots they’ve been doing. They just switched things up from the production standpoint. They’ve switched things up from the booking standpoint. I think it’s a positive thing. I think it’s the way to brand the product and they’re following through with it. And not only does it feel different it looks different. And I think that is very paramount.”

Following the end of WrestleMania 40, WWE has emphasized that the company has entered a new era with Triple H at the helm, especially now that Vince McMahon no longer exerts influence over the product, and HHH remains in absolute control. But what motivated him to continue in the WWE after Endeavor bought it?

The reason behind Triple H staying with the WWE

Last year, Endeavor announced its agreement to acquire 51% of Vince McMahon‘s company. In addition, they revealed the formation of TKO, an entity that would include both WWE and the UFC. This transaction triggered several significant changes, including the appointment of Triple H as WWE’s new chief creative officer. During the recent press conference after WrestleMania XL, Triple H was asked about when the purchase was completed and why he decided to stay. Hunter confirmed that he enjoys his work very much and that is the main reason, besides his desire to take the product to a new level for everyone’s enjoyment.
