It looks like he’s hinting that the alliance between Rhodes and Rollins will be shortlived, probably expiring at WrestleMania. 

On the February 12 episode of WWE Monday Night Raw, Seth Rollins advised Cody Rhodes that he does not need to enter his WrestleMania match against Roman Reigns alone. Rollins would subsequently propose to serve as Cody Rhodes’ shield against Reigns in the impending match.
