WWE fans have a way of deciphering things like who the company sees as a top star and in whom they are not much invested. If a top star is somehow excluded from a promotional poster or any material, it does get the fans to sense that a particular star may not be highly valued. Something similar happened recently. As WWE has recently updated their superstar advertising banner, fans are calling out at the promotion as a major former champion has been snubbed from the poster. Could the Chief Content Officer of WWE, Paul ‘Triple H’ Levesque be responsible for it?

WWE has a plethora of top talent in its ranks, so it is hard to fit in everyone in its promotional banner. Still, the exclusion of a top star irked the fans.

WWE has recently updated its superstar advertising banner. It serves the purpose of marketing by showing familiar and fan-favorite faces. A lot of familiar faces were seen. The poster included stars like the members of Judgment Day, Seth Rollins and his wife Becky Lynch, and Undisputed Champion Roman Reigns. Along with that Kevin Owens who has been newly drafted to SmackDown was seen with his buddy Sami Zayn. What fans also noticed was few familiar faces were missing. This included the former WWE Champion Drew McIntyre.

Drew McIntyre returned to WWE in 2017. His run after that has been impressive and was loved a lot by the fans. Riding on this momentum, he went on to win his first WWE Championship title after he defeated Brock Lesnar at WrestleMania 36. Even though there were rumors about him leaving as his contract was about to expire, the star had cleared those rumors.
