The Bloodline was in charge of opening the show tonight. Accompanied by Paul Heyman, Jey Uso, and Solo Sikoa, WWE Universal Champion Reigns Reigns headed to the ring. Where they were greeted by boos and chants for Cody Rhodes. However, things soon changed as The Rock made his entrance. Once inside the ring, The Rock then started talking about Cody Rhodes. And he simply refused to wrestle him at WrestleMania. The Rock called Rhodes an idiot for challenging him knowing that he will have the biggest match of his career against Roman Reigns. However, The Rock offered a counteroffer for Cody: A tag team match on Night 1 of the grand event, Seth Rollins and Cody Rhodes vs. The Rock and Roman Reigns.

The Rock added some spice to the fight. If Rollins and Rhodes manage to win on Night 1, Rhodes will face Reigns on Night 2 without any Bloodline members at ringside. However, in case of losing, the match on night 2 will have a stipulation of “Bloodline Rules”, i.e. the stable will be able to do whatever they want during the match. The Rock added that, if he doesn’t accept, he will use his power on TKO’s board to make sure Rhodes never finishes his story. And no one, not even Triple H, will be able to stop him. The legend then asked the two to appear on the next episode of The Blue Brand to share their response, before he shared a moment with Reigns that proved his allegiance to the Bloodline.
