Despite losing the headliner of last year’s WrestleMania against Roman Reigns, fans and critics are speculating that he is the guy who could end Roman Reigns’ historic run at WrestleMania 40. For that, he has to win the Rumble for the second time. But the fans also want to see CM Punk succeed in the WWE and to headline WrestleMania, Punk also has to win the Royal Rumble. CM Punk could also be a barrier for Roman Reigns

Who is the OG Paul Heyman guy? This is the debate that could start a feud between Roman Reigns and CM Punk at some point. Heyman has been the brain behind various WWE bigwigs, be it Brock Lesnar, Big Show, Roman Reigns, or CM Punk. All have seen great days in the WWE with Paul Heyman on their team.

But it should also be noted that the same guy was also the reason for the conflict in the storyline. Remember CM Punk’s vs. Brock Lesnar’s storyline? This took place when Heyman turned on Punk, and Lesnar had his back. Similarly, it could happen between Punk and Reigns, with Heyman being a historical element in the feud.

Drew McIntyre’s chances of a title shot look thin

Drew McIntyre’s dream to win a major championship in front of the crowd was shattered when he lost to Rollins at Crown Jewel. Following that, he changed his persona and brought his evil side to Raw. He is still eying that golden strap, and with the entry of Punk in the scenario, things could go off the rails for Drew McIntyre.

Punk is indeed one of the top guns in the WWE, and the fans want to see him in the title picture soon. The chances could be strong that Punk could indulge in a feud against Seth Rollins that could end at WrestleMania. Even Rollins’s current tensions with Punk make the prospects certain. Thus, if McIntyre is looking forward to winning the title, Punk is the guy he has to deal with first.

How will CM Punk affect ‘Main Event’ Jey Uso?

After parting ways with The Bloodline, Jey Uso earned the tag of “Main Event Jey” after Cody Rhodes brought him on Raw. He has headlined numerous shows of the red brand since then and is a lone ranger who intends to prosper in the singles division.

One take at a time

Discussing what I witnessed on every episode of Raw with all my friends was what initially kept me connected with WWE. While everyone around me was gushing over John Cena, I was the only one rooting for 'The Best in the World' CM Punk. The best day was when my hero stood tall against theirs at the 2011 Money in the Bank PLE.
