WWE Elimination Chamber Press Conference: Where To Watch, Who Will Be There, and More

WWE is headed to the Land Down Under. The Elimination Chamber PPV event at Optus Stadium in Perth, Australia, this weekend, marks the return of promotional activities in Australia for the first time since 2018. The Elimination Chamber is one of the most anticipated events in WWE’s calendar annually. On February 24, Peacock will stream the show live, beginning at 5 a.m. ET.

The Undisputed WWE Universal Champion Roman Reigns and WWE Superstar Dwayne Johnson will not be present. However, Cody Rhodes, who won the Royal Rumble twice, and Seth Rollins, who is the World Heavyweight Champion, will be. Rhea Ripley, the Women’s Champion, will also be returning home to fight against Nia Jax to defend her title. Here are the confirmed matches, along with a look to see what might happen.

WWE Elimination Chamber: 2024 matches

The Elimination Chamber event for this year’s roster of matches looks like this:

Elimination Chamber match involving Drew McIntyre, Randy Orton, Bobby Lashley, LA Knight, Kevin Owens, and Logan Paul: General managers Nick Aldis and Adam Pearce presented the men’s Elimination Chamber match featuring wrestlers from both the SmackDown and Raw brands. Rollins will challenge the victor of the Chamber match for the World Heavyweight Championship. McIntyre defeated AJ Styles, Orton defeated Sami Zayn, Bobby Lashley beat Bronson Reed and LA Knight beat Ivar to qualify. Over on SmackDown, Owens took care of business against Dominik Mysterio to secure his spot while Logan Paul outlasted his former tag team partner The Miz to qualify.

Women’s Elimination Chamber fight: The winner of this Elimination Chamber match will lock themselves into a women’s world title match at WrestleMania 40. Becky Lynch will face Bianca Belair, Liv Morgan, Tiffany Stratton, Naomi, and Raquel Rodriguez in the Women’s Elimination Chamber match for a chance at the Women’s World Championship title at WrestleMania 40.

Nia Jax vs. Rhea Ripley for the Women’s World Championship: Meanwhile, in the home of The Eradicator, Rhea Ripley will defend her WWE Women’s World Championship belt against Nia Jax. Raw general manager Adam Pearce booked a match between them amid rising tensions.

Undisputed Tag Teams Champions: The Judgment Day (Damian Priest and Finn Balor) vs. British Strong Style (Pete Dunne and Tyler Bate): Priest and Balor will defend the Undisputed WWE Tag Team Championship titles against British Strong Style. In a series of qualifying matches, Dunne and Bate prevailed over DIY, and Pretty Deadly, LWO, and Legado Del Fantasma in a lethal four-way tag team fight to go to the finals.

Last, but definitely not the least, Cody Rhodes and World Heavyweight Champion Seth Rollins will feature on “The Grayson Waller Effect”, with the segment building up to have plenty of rubs for Rhodes and Rollins alike, especially considering their dynamic.
