AEW Superstar Maxwell Jacob Friedman aka MJF made a huge statement about working with the WWE. MJF is one of the top stars in AEW and in his current run is feuding against the iconic CM Punk. The 25-year-old is a bona fide entertainer and does not miss any opportunity to impress the fans.

 MJF is someone who maintains his kayfabe character even outside the squared circle. ‘The Salt of the Earth’ is highly dedicated to his character, and fans love it.

Notably, MJF’s contract with the AEW promotion will expire in 2024. During his recent promos, MJF stated that there would be a bidding war for him after his contract with the company ends.

MJF imagines that WWE will do whatever it takes to get him on board!

Freddie Prinze Jr. invited Maxwell Jacob on the latest episode of the Wrestling with Freddie podcast. There the AEW superstar brilliantly teased fans of making a jump to WWE soon. Additionally, MJF was asked if he would be the highest-paid wrestler in 2024.

The AEW star responded, “Yes because I think WWE is going to be willing to do whatever it takes to get me to jump ship. Because to have me is to pretty much to take a sniper rifle and shoot to the heart of All Elite Wrestling.”

MJF believes he’s the glue that keeps the wrestling industry together. Jacob also stated that everyone around him hates his guts and has a problem with him. 

“I am the top-tier guy that everybody has a problem with; when you take your biggest antagonist, even though personally I feel I’m the protagonist. But, when you take your biggest antagonist, so to say, and you take them away, what do you have? What is the Batman without the Joker? He’s nobody. He’s not intriguing. There’s no success without having that thorn in your side,” Maxwell Jacob added.

The AEW Star MJF wants to become a big shot in professional wrestling

MJF imagines that once his AEW contract expires, WWE will be after him. So much so that he believes that the WWE will offer him a lot of money to be with them.

The AEW star Maxwell Jacob also posted how he feels that Miz is one of the greatest professional wrestlers of all time and how he wishes to meet with him down the road.

However, only time will tell whether Vince McMahon will bring the antagonist MJF to WWE or not.

Earlier this year, on the WWE Raw episode, The Miz and Edge referred MJF in their promo. Later, ‘ The Salt of the Earth’ took to Twitter to appreciate The Miz.
