Campbell Hatton, the son of the former WBA, IBO, WBC, and IBF Lightweight champion of the world Ricky Hatton, just had the 10th fight of his career in professional boxing. Campbell Hatton, who also fights in the Lightweight division of boxing, squared off against Michel Gonxhe in a 6-round fight in the ring. While Campbell Hatton arrived with a record of 9 wins against no losses, his opponent Michel Gonxhe showed up with a record of 4 wins, 1 draw, and 2 losses.

Hatton, who’d won his previous fight via KO against Bartos Denis, managed to snatch a victory against Gonxhe in the ring. Gonxhe is 31 years old and faced Hatton with a recent UD win over Jimmy Walliy. Despite his victory against Gonxhe, a number of boxing fans are not happy with Hatton’s recent performance and display of skills.

Although Campbell Hatton is only 22 and just had his 10th victory in professional boxing, some fans feel he has a long way to travel in terms of possessing praiseworthy boxing skills. While some congratulated him, others stated that he would not be where he is had it not been for his father Ricky. Here is what they are saying.

According to @Alex7134689, Campbell Hatton is still at the “domestic level” when it comes to boxing. “If he wasn’t Ricky Hatton son, he’d fighting in empty leisure centers,” they added by saying.
