The domestic violence charge has been dropped by Gervonta Davis‘ prosecutors against him. He’s currently free from all the accusations. Davis has denied these charges from the very beginning, as he even wrote on his social media right after being accused, “I NEVER PUT MY HANDS ON MY CHILD MOTHER NOR MY F**ING DAUGHTER ARE YOU F**ING CRAZY!!” Then he also added in this statement that he’s not a monster and could never do such a thing to his baby’s mother, Vanessa Posso. He further stated that this is all just a way to extract some money from him.
But now, he’s been freed of everything as the mother of his daughter has taken back her complaint. But, ‘Tank’ will have to complete an anger management course and also attend a parenting class. As there have been cases where reportedly he lost control of himself. Davis’ news about his charges disgusted a lot of fans at that time. So, Posso felt that it was her duty to announce this news in her recent social media post, “While the emotions were high I made an unnecessary call to law enforcement in an intense moment while I was frantic.”
Gervonta Davis is no longer facing the domestic violence battery charge against him from December as it has been dropped by prosecutors. He was arrested and charged, but the mother of his child later posted a statement insisting she "made an unnecessary call to law enforcement".
