Laila Ali emphasizes the importance of moving on from yesterday

Laila Ali posted an inspiring Instagram Story recently, where she shared a video of Michael Beckwith, who is a New Thought minister, author, and founder of Agape International Spiritual Center in Beverly Hills, California. So, in the video, he spoke about how a lot of people keep on repeating old patterns and don’t want to move on with their lives.

Beckwith said, “There was some negative experience, so-called negative experience, it took place and they’re in that and then they move past it. And then the next person they see, they say, ‘How you doing?’ ‘Oh, Oh, yesterday this thing happened.’ And they come back to the same move.” This surprises him as they have moved past that thing already, but still come back to it again and again. So he asked all the people to not dwell upon the negative aspect of life for too long. Beckwith wants people to let go of things.

This thought process actually resonated well with Ali, and she stated that if the world actually considers this, it’ll definitely be a better place to live in. She wrote in her story, “THESE ARE THE MINDSETS WE ALL NEED TO LEVEL UP ON! work on yourself. ❤️“. Well, Ali has gone through similar situations, where she had to consciously move on from her past. She has been able to achieve so much on account of her setbacks.
