Devoted to helping Curmel Moton reach his full potential, Floyd Mayweather had taken him under his wing as his protege. Moton’s rise in the boxing arena became impossible to ignore after his remarkable professional debut victory against Ezequiel Flores. Inside the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas, the young prodigy showcased his vigor and skill with an unparalleled passion. He surprisingly defeated Flores with ease by securing a first-round knockout.

Meanwhile, the Shakur StevensonDevin Haney feud has been going on for a while now. Sadly, we will not get the chance to see the two inside the ring hurling punches at each other. Stevenson moved on to Gervonta Davis after closing the chapter on Haney. Let us find out what the youngest addition to the world of professional boxing has to say about a few of his seniors.

Stevenson had earlier declined a fight against Haney due to a low 25% purse offer. Following this, they both had a verbal feud on social media till the two-division world champion decided he wanted to take on Davis instead. According to Stevenson, a match between him and Davis would be the most significant boxing event when it occurs. The Mayweather next gen has voiced out his opinions on this.

In an interview with Akhi TV, the new entrant spoke about his take on the whole situation. Though all three fighters are top-tier, there are two he can see climbing further. “It’s hard to say, all of them guys are really skilled. The best out of them 3 is between Tank and Shakur. They going to run through everybody else and it’s going to be them 2 in the end.” For Moton, Haney falls short in front of Davis and Stevenson.

Fresh from his recent victory against Ryan Garcia on Showtime pay-per-view, ‘Tank’ Davis delivered a seventh-round knockout, keeping his title. However, despite the hype, Bob Arum revealed that there’s no financial incentive to arrange the fight. Arum explained that both fighters’ demands exceed the potential returns, making the match economically unfeasible.

Despite this, the undefeated Stevenson remains certain about facing the secondary WBA lightweight champion, ‘Tank’ Davis. He’s willing to stay in the 135-lb division, patiently anticipating the fight.
