Jermell Charlo’s twin brother, Jermall Charlo, placed a bet on Ryan Garcia against Gervonta Davis. Ryan Garcia lost the fight by a Knockout as Davis threw a fierce body shot to the liver, which Garcia couldn’t endure and failed to stand up within the countdown. Now this made Jermall lose a lot of money, as he’s been quite vocal about his support for Garcia and how he believed that Garcia would come forth victorious in their fight. Since that didn’t happen, it made Jermell Charlo make fun of his brother’s choice on Instagram Live in front of the boxing fans.

Both brothers are professional boxers themselves – Jermall is undefeated, and is currently the WBC World Middleweight Champion, while his twin brother Jermell Charlo is one of the best Super Welterweight boxers out there, currently holding multiple titles in the division. The brothers rooted for different fighters in the Davis vs Garcia showdown.

Jermell Charlo calls his brother’s choice “stupid”

Recently, Charlo went on an Instagram Live where he talked about his brother’s bet, and explained how his decision was utterly “stupid”. Jermell has cleared his stance from the very start, as he’s stated that he is supporting Davis for the bout and has no connection with his brother’s bet.

So, Jermell calls out his twin brother, and said, “Leggo, Tank won. My brother is stupid bro, everybody, tag my brother. He was going for Ryan Garcia, tag him, stupid!”
