On Various occasions, Jake Paul has talked about Dana White and the UFC fighter pay. Now when the news of an increase in UFC PPVs hit the net, Paul took to Twitter and gave his opinion about it. Reportedly, on ESPN Plus, UFC PPVs will increase from $74.99 to $79.99 starting in 2023. Paul, who always held the view that UFC fighters did not receive a fair share of UFC’s profit, spoke about a needed and minimum increase in fighter pay.

Jake Paul stated that the UFC made almost $500 Million every year. According to his calculation, if the UFC raised the fighter pay to $50k, it would only cost them $20 Million for it. While addressing it, Paul spoke about the KSI vs. Dillon Danis fight on January 14th. Paul said, “Meanwhile a bum whose claim to fame is being Conor’s friend is making a bigger purse to box a YouTuber than all current UFC champions.”

Jake Paul reacting to the increase in UFC’s PPVs has got fans thinking
On the 14th of January, KSI will face Dillon Danis. Recently, Danis, who is known to be McGregor’s friend, boasted of making more money from his upcoming KSI fight than most of the fighters in the UFC. Therefore, Paul reacted to the increase in UFC’s PPVs with a slight reference to Danis.
A user spoke about credibility in contrast with making “the most money”.
I guess it depends on if you want to be in the “best in the world” conversation or the one who makes the most money. Lots of money in the YouTube fight but zero credibility.

On the other end, someone sympathized with ‘The Problem Child’:
tbh this is a rare jake W ufc fighters should be making 50k minimum as they r risking their life and health care. Champions should get 800k+ or any main event fighters

However, one spoke about not wishing to watch KSI vs. Dillon Danis.
Nobody is going to watch ksi fight dillon danis. Ksi doesnt understand that boxing fans forget about you if you dont fight

Meanwhile, one suggested that some fighters actually made a lot more money in the UFC.
If all fighters were paid equally at $50k per bout, it’s be a minimum of $20M per year, not “at most”. Lots of fighters make more.

Meanwhile, one added that the decision was actually made by Disney.

You realise this was a decision made by Disney who own ESPN, not the UFC, and ESPN isn’t in every country, some places like Russia literally get the UFC for free
