Xbox has partnered with Oreo to launch exciting in-game cosmetics for fans, and they are having a delightful time. 

As they say, the third time is a charm, Microsoft announced its third partnership with cookie brand Oreo to launch an exclusive product. They confirmed the launch of a custom Xbox X Oreo biscuit available for a limited time from January 23, 2023. Apparently, this ‘gaming cookie’ box holds six biscuits featuring the Xbox logo and the iconic A, B, X, and Y controller buttons alongside a directional arrow. 

At first, Xbox confirmed it to be a worldwide release but let fans down after changing it to Europe only. This angered fans to a certain point, but they were aware that the brand was trying out such things for the first time. So, instead of feeling down, they applauded this Microsoft-owned franchise.

For instance, Xbox said, “By scanning the Oreo Xbox Special Edition cookies and by cracking exclusive cookie combinations, inspired by the cheat codes hidden in games throughout history, fans can unlock a range of prizes.” Upon scratching, users could get access to exclusive content in games like ‘Forza Horizon 5, Sea of Thieves, and Halo Infinite.’

And to spare a few more details, Halo would feature an oreo like outfit whereas Forza Horizon would have a ‘delicious’ car. Lastly, Sea Of Thieves fans will witness the arrival of a perfect ‘black-white’ painted ship. 

While these things look enthralling enough, Xbox also confirmed a few more rewards. For that, they requested fans to “enter into the draw to win prizes ranging from custom Oreo hardware, Xbox consoles, Xbox Game Pass Ultimate memberships, and a holiday experience for the whole family.”
