Although there is fierce rivalry in the streaming industry, one thing that unites all of them is their passion for video games. Therefore, it is not strange that gamers criticize video games that are capable of far more success than they currently enjoy. Veteran streamer Ninja experienced the same thing when criticizing Call of Duty.

“I’m 31 years old, in streaming for 11 years, I don’t really give a shit. Especially when it comes to the games that I might want to stream…for the Warzone 2 event…the Modern Warfare 2 event. I mean, we gave them…me and all the guys, we gave them a lot of feedback, a lot.” Ninja said.

“And I actually got kind of like roasted a little bit by one of them, I don’t think he’s a developer, anyone from the company. I think he was saying that I was loud at dinner,” he further added.

Is criticizing video games a bad thing?

Absolutely not. The first and foremost thing for a game developer or any creative person is to make sure that their piece of work is as perfect as a picture. This not only makes the development of video games a lot easier, but it also makes the potentially good game reach its height.

And when it comes to video games, the association of gamers with their beloved game is enormous, making it even more crucial for the devs to accept the criticism if they are willing to hear the praise as well. Notably though, being loud is also not a proper approach on such matters, thus it’s a grey area whatsoever.
