The race in Mexico might not have been the best race of the season in terms of action. But one of the few drivers who would leave the track happy would be Sebastian Vettel. The German finished in the points after missing out on the Top-10 in the last few races.

Vettel finished in P7 after starting the race in P9. He benefited from the Lap 1 chaos involving Daniel Ricciardo and Valtteri Bottas. But the Aston Martin driver had a very good pace throughout the race. In the early part of the race, he was matching the pace of Pierre Gasly, who was in front of him in P4.
