What a Monaco Grand Prix it was!!! It was not the hometown hero Charles Leclerc but Red Bull driver Sergio Perez, who took the win in the iconic streets of Monaco. The Mexican driver controlled the whole race in the mixed conditions to keep the Ferrari of Carlos Sainz, Max Verstappen, and Charles Leclerc behind.
Perez was ecstatic on the team radio on in-lap after crossing the chequered flag. This is Checo’s third win in Formula One and his second with the Austrian team since joining them at the beginning of the 2021 season.
