Golf Communications shared Homa’s message on its official Instagram account. In it, Homa expressed his disappointment. He makes an effort to be his best every day, but days like this are challenging for him. “I want to say how grateful I am for everyone who has sent an encouraging message. I see them and appreciate it,” said Homa. He concluded his message with a positive note that he would keep doing his best.

Homa got off to a great start this year. He won the Farmers Insurance Open in January. At the Genesis Invitational, he finished in second place. He presently has eight victories under his belt, but he has yet to win a major championship. Homa, who was ranked No. 7 in the world, was the highest-ranked player to not make the cut. Definitely, the Los Angeles Country Club isn’t fortunate for Homa. But seeing his expected game outside the US Open, we can expect the best from him in the future. In addition to Homa, additional elite players have now been eliminated from the event. Top players who missed the cut

Jordan Spieth, who is also a former US Open champion, hit three bogeys on the 13th, 16th, and 17th holes. Additionally, he only hit 14 of 26 fairways. He failed to make the cut with this. Phil Mickelson, who was celebrating his 53rd birthday, was having a tough time at the course. With five bogeys and a double bogey, he shot 74. For the second consecutive US Open, Lefty failed to make the cut.

Keegan Bradley only made 14 out of 26 fairways and made a double bogey and a bogey. This led him to miss the cut. Adam Scott, a former Masters champion, is struggling in this year’s competition. He only hit nine fairways and made ten bogeys. Justin Rose, the 2013 US Open champion, was unable to display his extraordinary abilities this time. On holes 16 and 17, he made two bogeys.
