From Jack Nicklaus to Tiger Woods to Phil Mickelson, professional golfers are known to boast unimaginable wealth. In fact, most well-known golfers heavily splurge on things like luxury yachts, mega mansions, supercars, and more. Now, a mega purchase by PGA Tour pro and golfing heavyweight Justin Thomas has come to light. The $14 million worth buy comes just days ahead of the golfer’s 30th birthday.

Jupiter Island in Florida is, without a doubt, the de facto capital of the golfing world. Over the past decades, the likes of Woods, Gary Player, Brooks Koepka, Rory McIlroy, and more have claimed fortress-like mansions in the tax haven.

Just like many of his golfing compatriots, Justin Thomas has also resided in Jupiter for quite some time. However, the 2-time Major winner recently made an upgrade, leaving behind his $3.65 million property for one that costs an incredible $14 million.

Per reports, around 80 golf courses are within 20 miles of Thomas’ new waterfront abode. Additionally, the golfer’s neighbors include over thirty PGA members. The golfer last appeared in the 2023 RBC Heritage, where he finished at T25.

Recently, the 29-year-old also opened up to Golf.com about his impending plans. From his sky-high ambitions to his relationship with Tiger Woods, he reflected on various facets of his life in the interview.

Thomas makes his aspirations clear days ahead of a major milestone

A fan favorite ahead of the 2023 Masters, Justin Thomas’ dismal outing at Augusta surprised many. Fans expected Thomas to turn things around in the RBC Heritage event but failed to bounce back and tied at T25 with three others.

However, in his interview with journalist Sean Zak of Golf.com, the former World No. 1 laid down his massive ambitions. Thomas, who already has two PGA Championship wins in the bag, shared that he wanted even more. “Having two majors is great, but I want five. Fifteen [career] wins is great, but I want 30. I don’t know if that’s a good or a bad thing, but that’s the reality,” revealed the golfer.

Thomas also shed light on his easy camaraderie with the 15-time major winner and friend Tiger Woods, reminiscing about his role as the legend’s playing partner during the 2019 Presidents Cup.
