The inaugural NBA In-Season tournament is nearing its end. The Los Angeles Lakers bulldozed the New Orleans Pelicans 133-89 in the semifinals. LeBron James and his team will face the Indiana Pacers on December 10 to battle for the NBA Cup.

The Pacers booked their finals slot defeating Milwaukee Bucks 128-119 in the semis today. Earlier they took out the Boston Celtics 122-112. As the Pacers face the Lakers in the final, famed sports commentator Skip Bayless came with a prediction for the LeBron James’ side.

As the Lakers dominated the clash against the Pelicans in the semis, Skip Bayless had word on the momentum of the Lakers team. He predicted that LeBron James’ side would win the inaugural In-Season tournament. On the other hand, he didn’t see the Indiana Pacers’ wonderful tournament run adding to their chances.

Skip Bayless took to X sharing pessimism for the Tyrese Haliburton men. Skip Bayless wrote, “That’s it: LeBron accomplishes his mission, winning the inaugural In-Season Tournament. The Pacers took out the Celtics and Bucks for him. Now he and the Lakers will cake-walk past the Pacers. Congrats, King.”
