After dropping the first game on their home turf, the Boston Celtics had some pressure to tilt the momentum back on their side. Unfortunately, the team wasn’t able to do so as they lost their second game in a row to the Miami Heat. As Miami was too much to handle, an ecstatic Jimmy Butler couldn’t help but talk some trash after their Game 2 win over the second-seeded team in the East.

The Boston Celtics lost Game 2 with a final score of 105-111. Even though Jayson Tatum had a good 30+ point scoring game, the Heat managed to turn the tables in the final quarter of the game.

Butler had a few back-and-forths with Celtics’ forward Grant Williams throughout the game as well. But by the time the final buzzer sounded, it was the Heat going back to South Beach with a comfortable 2-0 lead.

Though Jayson Tatum had a 34-point performance, no other player was able to even touch the 20-point threshold. Tatum’s star teammate, Jaylen Brown was the second-highest scorer with 16 points.

Jimmy Butler finished the game with 27 points. However, he had some major help from his teammates Bam Adebayo and Caleb Martin who both had 20+ points for the game.

After the game ended, Butler took some time to speak to a reporter while on the court. Butler said, “We got some dogs and I love it. I love every bit of it. Guys never quit, we never give up.”
