In-game 4 of the NBA Finals, Stephen Curry erupted for 43 points and 10 rebounds and carried his team. The Golden State Warriors won the Boston Celtics with a scoreline of 97-107 in TD Garden. The NBA Finals are heating up at the moment with the series tied at 2-2.

With his monstrous game-4 performance, Curry has been the talk of the town. During an Instagram live session, Ariel Helwani asked Shaquille O’Neal whether the three-peat Lakers could beat this Warriors team. And Shaq said that the Lakers would win.

The Los Angeles Lakers with Shaquille O’Neal, Kobe Bryant, and head coach Phil Jackson were one of the best teams ever. Even though O’Neal and Bryant had their differences, the duo linked up so well on the court. During their time together, they won three straight titles from 2000 to 2002.

Stephen Curry is carrying the Golden State Warriors

The greatest shooter ever doesn’t only rely on layups to score. He can hit his opponents in a multitude of ways. Curry can create his own shots off the dribble and can also get open without the ball with his tireless running. Chef’s accuracy from the 3-point line gives him an open lane at times. But O’Neal isn’t a Stephen Curry and Warriors hater. Early in the season, he predicted that the Warriors are favorites for the title. And he had also said that Stephen Curry was his choice for the Most Valuable Player award.

Even though Curry didn’t win the MVP this year, he has carried his team in the playoffs. And the Former MVP is still carrying his team in the NBA Finals. And if the Warriors win the title this year, no one deserves the Finals MVP more than him.
