According to the official announcement, the Rams received the following compensatory picks:

• Round 7, Pick 254
  

The third-round pick (98th overall) was awarded to the Rams in exchange for the departure of former defensive coordinator Raheem Morris, who was hired as head coach of the Atlanta Falcons.
