UFC boss, Dana White, was there at the ceremonial weigh-ins which went down well as he had planned it. One such MMA covering page named ‘Parry Punch’ uploaded a reel of the UFC 280 to their Instagram account.

The video showcased a friendly meetup between the UFC president, Dana White, and the former undisputed Lightweight Champion, Khabib Nurmagomedov. ‘The Eagle’ is the mentor of the current Lightweight champion, Islam Makhachev, and also a part and parcel of his appearances in the UFC.

Nurmagomedov iterated, “You look so skinny” while hugging it out with Dana White just behind Makhachev, standing on the weighing platter.

The UFC boss also offered a warm shoulder to ‘The Eagle’. Nurmagomedov went on, “You and me the same weight” while Makhachev completed his photo session after the weigh-in.

The respectable attitude of both men made it a wholesome video

Khabib Nurmagomedov is well-reputed to be one of the most humble guys in the history of the sport. The ‘Dagestani’ was taught well by his late father about respecting everything in his profession. And when it came to greeting the UFC boss, Nurmagomedov had nothing but respect to show.

On the other hand, Dana White, despite being the UFC boss, carries a pretty easygoing persona. White also greeted Nurmagomedov in the video, saying, “Ahh… Khabib”.
