But Woodley decided to help him.

Woodley, who had a successful career as the UFC Welterweight Champion, defending his title four times, decided to step in and support Bonnar in his time of need. He launched a GoFundMe campaign to raise money for Bonnar, and within a few days, it had reached its goal.
Not only the campaign raised enough money to help Bonnar replace his lost belongings. But it also showed the close-knit community of fighters and the camaraderie that exists within the sport. Moreover, Bonnar was deeply touched by Woodley’s gesture and the support of the MMA community.

Stephan Bonnar is widely respected and believed to be a building block of the UFC. However, when such a legend was in need, former UFC welterweight champion Tyron Woodley stepped up. This was revealed in a recently surfaced Instagram post.

Tyron Woodley set up a fundraising campaign on behalf of Stephan Bonnar’s wife, Andrea Bonnar on GoFundMe. In addition, this really got things going as they received enough money to be of help.
Stephan reportedly said, “I only met Tyron a few times, and this just blew me away. Thanks to everyone who gave & huge God bless to Tyron.. Wow! You’re a great dude, much love bro!”

Tragically, Bonnar passed away recently, and many fighters paid tribute to him, honoring his contributions to the sport.
