With enough experience and knowledge under his belt, Mike explained that even though there is a myth that muscular people can lift heavy, it is far from the truth. Explaining his point, he quoted the legendary bodybuilder and powerlifter Franco Columbu and explained that despite creating countless records, Columbu admitted that muscles have nothing to do with the strength of an athlete.

Mike O’Hearn regularly shares fitness-related content with his fans and viewers using his social media presence. In a video that he shared a few months back, ‘Titan’ talked about the importance of proper recovery and rest, to ensure that you can stay injury-free and train for much longer. “Treat the body kindly and never break it down and destroy it to the point where there’s no recovery. That’s not where you wanna go to,” said O’Hearn.

Further, he explained the importance of proper nutrition and said, “Food is the most important thing and it’s not running away from food, it’s about going to the food. That’s your medication.”
