Though Edwards’ ankle sprain isn’t believed to be serious, he still remains a doubt for the game later today. As reported by Chris Hine of the Minneapolis Star Tribune, Coach Chris Finch hopes Edwards will be able to play in Saturday’s preseason game against Dallas. Minnesota fans would be hoping that they can see their franchise cornerstone return to the court as soon as possible because their hopes rest on Edwards’ shoulders.
