The Brooklyn Nets, Phoenix Suns, and the Utah Jazz are all on this list, and Kevin Durant and Donovan Mitchell look determined to end their franchise’s title drought. There are some competitive teams in the playoffs, but the Golden State Warriors didn’t make it after they got knocked out by the Lakers in the play-in tournament. Subsequently, the Lakers also bowed out in the first round after their loss to the Suns. Ironically, rapper J Cole released a new album named ‘The Off-Season’ where he dropped the names of LeBron James and Stephen Curry in some of his songs. The question is, did he jinx them?

In Bron’s 18-year-old career, this is the first time he was knocked out in the first round. The Lakers struggled against the Suns’ offense as AD remained injured most of the time. This must have come as a disappointment for LeBron, and it is safe to say that the Lakers’ performances knocked him out, and not the rap. The Lakers have struggled all season with injuries, and they could not get past the Phoenix Suns.
In the meantime, Stephen Curry got knocked out in the play-in tournament against the Lakers. As a result, this will be the first final without either James and Curry. This just goes to show that they are one of the best players the league has seen.
