Michael Jordan‘s Charlotte Hornets have had an unsatisfactory run at the points table this season. But, the team has managed to pull off an NBA record in their Friday night game against the Milwaukee Bucks. The current season has opened up doors for several NBA records. For instance, Luka Doncic‘s record-breaking triple-double and Donovan Mitchell‘s 70-pointer with the most number of assists. Similarly, the Hornets, struggling at the bottom of the Eastern Conference points table, managed to stun the Bucks. Notably, the Bucks are currently in the second position on the Eastern Conference points table. This massive feat left NBA fans in utter disbelief.
Michael Jordan became the major shareholder of the Hornets in 2012. The most notable seasons came in 2015-16, where they maintained a 48-34 record in the regular season. Friday night’s dominant performance against the Bucks would have undoubtedly been a delight for Hornets fans.
