Stephen Curry is one of the biggest superstars in NBA history. Since his arrival in the league, Curry transformed the landscape of the NBA and made the Golden State Warriors into the powerhouse that it is today. Together with Klay Thompson and Draymond Green, the Warriors and Curry achieved plenty of success over the years with 3 title wins. Furthermore, Curry is also a two-time league MVP.
Even today, at 34 years of age, Curry has still been extremely effective for the Warriors. Furthermore, the team looks very likely to win another title this season. However, prior to becoming an NBA superstar, Curry garnered plenty of attention as a college basketball player while playing for Davidson College.

Here, he would face Coach K’s Duke Blue Devils on multiple occasions. Despite being opponents on the court, Curry and Mike Krzyzewski share a strong friendship. Moreover, the former showed his support for the Blue Devils during the team’s Elite 8 matchup in the 2022 NCAA Tournament.

What made his appearance special was the fact that this season is Coach K’s last. Moreover, Curry’s brother Seth also played for Duke. Hence, the support seems to have originated from familial ties. Curry also attended the team’s practice session prior to their Sweet 16 win in the tournament.
