Sports are weird sometimes. Not less than a few years ago, Brooklyn Nets shocked the world as they created a cheat code for a basketball team. NBA fans were excited as the Nets somehow managed to put Kyrie Irving, Kevin Durant, and James Harden on a team. The team lineup gave 2017-19 GSW flashbacks to fans while some compared it to the Miami Heat super team. However, the results of this team were extremely underwhelming. And the recent exit of Kevin Durant from the Nets left one Barcelona player incredulous.

While the fans hoped this would turn into a dynasty, all Brooklyn Nets achieved was a glaring example of how not every ‘Superteam’ is meant to be great. James Harden was the first one to go. He played with the Nets for one season and decided to roll back and ask for a trade. However, what most fans were more shocked about is the development of the Kyrie Irving saga. Somehow, despite being a team that would have the top three players, they hardly played any matches together, and now all three superstars are on their way to different teams.

Kounde reacted to the Phoenix Suns getting Kevin Durant

A few hours ago, Brooklyn shocked the fans as they traded out Kevin Durant. The great shooter was a part of the team since 2020 and the last three years had been a roller coaster for the man. Phoenix Suns, on the other had got a perfect companion for their superstar Devin Booker. Barcelona starlet Jules Kounde pointed the same thing out.

The Phoenix Suns got Kevin Durant and T. J. Warren while Brooklyn Nets got Mikail Bridges, Cam Johnson, Jae Crowder, a 2028 pick swap, and four first-round picks. This may look like a balanced deal, but fans are looking forward to seeing Kevin Durant play with Devin Booker and Chris Paul.
