Laulauga Tausaga-Collins won the discus throw event at the World Athletics Championships. Four sensational athletes own the company. Retired WNBA star Sue Bird, USWNT player Alex Morgan, Snowboarding Olympic gold medalist Chloe Kim, and Olympic gold medalist swimmer Simone Manuel are the golden lionesses of Togethxr. These four women have influenced other women to come forward and share their uplifting experiences. Meanwhile, Laulauga deserves all the plaudits for making history.

With her final throw attempt, Laulauga managed a 69.49-meter throw, giving her the advantage in the final round. She sling-shotted herself to the top from 12th and created history. After the victory, she spoke to the media in excitement. In an interview, she stated, “I don’t know if I have a fairy godmother or something, or my ancestors had some say in it, but I was able to do something tonight that I didn’t think was possible yet.”

She continued, “I was confident if I was on my A game I could sneak through into a medal place and not be 12th like I was in the last two world championships.” It became a day to remember, and Megan Rapinoe quickly acknowledged her character and performance.
