Big E defied all odds and unhooked the Money in the Bank contract to become the new Mr. Money in the Bank at Dickies Arena in Fort Worth, Texas.
His historic win at the ladder match this Sunday garnered a lot of praise from former and current WWE superstars. Many backstage executives are also pleased with the win.
Most importantly, the WWE Universe is getting behind the two-time Intercontinental champion, and is eagerly waiting to see what his singles run will shape up to be.

Triple H has high praises for Mr. Money in the Bank, Big E
Speaking to Sports Illustrated, Triple H talked about the impact Big E had caused on an individual level even being a part of The New Day. ‘The Game’ further added that the true potential of the New Day member is still not known to the WWE Universe.
“Big E created a real identity while maintaining his alliance in The New Day, which is remarkable. We are just beginning to see his next gear. The ultimate potential with Big E exists at a whole other level,” said Hunter.

Clearly, WWE has big plans for the former tag-team champion, with this latest win he might get multiple title shots against the top WWE superstars.
For now, he seems interested in cashing in his contract on ‘The Tribal Chief’ Roman Reigns to become the Universal champion.
He is having a great singles run
Ever since his teammates Kofi Kingston and Xavier Woods got drafted to Raw, WWE had been booking him very well and pushing him to get his individual run where he defeated top superstars like Sheamus and Shinsuke Nakamura.

On an episode of SmackDown in December, he defeated Sami Zayn in a lumberjack match to win the Intercontinental Championship for the second time in his career.
His feud against former WWE superstar Aleister Black was in the works after Black attacked him and cost him his chance at the Intercontinental title but WWE dropped the feud after Black got fired from the company.

However, he found his momentum again when he qualified for the Money in the Bank ladder match for the first time. Eventually, Big E won the big match and becomes a threat to Roman Reigns’ title.
