Formula 1 is a sport where arguably the good guys finish last. But the Spaniard, Carlos Sainz, is on a mission to change this perception. Having finally got a car that can challenge for race wins and championships, Sainz needs to show his top-notch caliber against the very best in this sport.
Sainz joined Formula 1 in 2015 as a Red Bull junior. His stint at Toro Rosso came to an end as he spent multiple years in the midfield with the likes of Renault and McLaren.

Being pitted against Charles Leclerc, it is upon the Spaniard to make the team come to him. An affable personality with results on track would soon lead to Sainz being a Tifosi favorite.
This season, he has been plagued with bad luck and mechanical failures. His solitary win at the British Grand Prix, however, is a sign of things to come. Will the likable Sainz be able to match up to the likes of Max Verstappen and Lewis Hamilton? Only time will tell.
