With the end of the silly season come the new paint schemes. NASCAR teams have been finalizing sponsorship deals and technical alliances before the 2024 season takes flight in the Busch Light Clash at the LA Coliseum. A few days ago, Stewart-Haas Racing announced the agreement with Josh Berry’s primary sponsor, Harrison’s. The news was a blessing for Tony Stewart after long-time partner Busch Light left SHR’s No. 4 Ford team to join Ross Chastain‘s #1 Chevrolet.

According to surfacing reports, SHR has finalized a Mahindra Tractors paint scheme for the No. 14 Mustang Dark Horse of Chase Briscoe. Die-cast production brand Lionel Racing has spilled the beans about the #14’s colors on Facebook. Apart from that, Joe Gibbs Racing gave its fans a glimpse of the much-awaited No. 20 Toyota of Christopher Bell with a familiar partner’s name on it.

While there has been no official announcement on any of SHR’s social media outlets or through a press release, Lionel Racing has dropped the bombshell news on Facebook. Since the turn of events, an official statement from Tony Stewart and Co. is in the works. Ford wants to bring the best out of its NASCAR drivers in the upgraded Dark Horse version of the Mustang, and who else but SHR will kick off that revolution?

Ford-manufactured cars were the cream of the crop last year, as they cruised to titles in all three national NASCAR competitions. As for SHR’s major partner, Mahindra Racing, it has supported Chase Briscoe since it entered NASCAR in 2022. The red and black combination has been the theme since then.

In November 2023, the team announced the renewal of its agreement with Mahindra Tractors in a multi-year deal. This secured an important old sponsor for the struggling #14 team.

Joe Gibbs Racing has made its fans wait a lot. So far, the team has only disclosed two of its paint schemes, both for the #20 Toyota Camry XSE of Bell. Following Rheem’s comeback to the team, it will be represented by the 2023 NASCAR Cup Series finalist with the iconic black and red colors on his chassis.

The friendship between Rheem and Joe Gibbs goes back a long time. 2024 will be the seventh year of a symbiotic partnership between the two parties, which implies that Rheem will be the primary sponsor for 14 races in the upcoming season. The primary sponsorship begins with the season’s first race at the Phoenix Raceway in March. Rheem will also sponsor Bell at the Brickyard 400 and the Coca-Cola 600, among other notable races.

Before announcing Rheem’s renewal, DEWALT Tools had confirmed its presence on the No. 20 with a primary sponsorship for 13 races in the NASCAR Cup Series. The recent announcement means that JGR has announced the primary sponsorship for Bell in 27 races for the 2024 Cup season, which is a significant part of the sponsorship slots.

Apart from the Cup Series, the 29-year-old has recorded eight wins with Rheem as his primary sponsor. With more paint schemes set to be unveiled in the coming days, this is an exciting phase of the silly season for NASCAR fans.

I instantly fell in love with the sport as I witnessed the cars' breakneck speeds and the robust nature of the sport and its drivers. As I had a deep-rooted interest in automobiles, the sport naturally piqued my interest in a jiffy. Kyle Busch and his cutthroat style of racing played an important role in getting me hooked to stock car racing as I hopped on streams to watch him win races.
