“You Are Jake Paul Level Now Dude” – UFC Veteran & Fans Lash Out at Conor McGregor for ‘Biting More Than He Can Chew’

A majority of MMA fans can’t wait to see Conor McGregor back in action, after his horrific leg injury. He suffered at UFC 264 main card against his nemesis, Dustin Poirier. Since then, ‘The Notorious’ took a break from the fighting game. And focused on his other projects, including a Hollywood movie with Jake Gyllenhaal. But, recently the UFC superstar suggested that he will make a comeback, in 2023. However, McGregor has added some mass and plans to take on a new challenge.
However, a UFC veteran doesn’t believe that the Irishman is capable of overcoming this challenge, as he boldly claims. Even McGregor‘s own fans couldn’t side with their champion for this one.
Conor McGregor might be taking cues from Jake Paul

Former King of the Cage Welterweight champion, Mike Guymon, took a jibe at McGregor for announcing his supremacy on Twitter. The Dubliner asked his opponents to line up because he’s eager to face new challenges in the welterweight division. However, Guymon doesn’t believe in the former dual division champion to conquer this league.

Apparently, the fans agree with the former professional MMA fighter, as they compare Conor McGregor and boxer Jake Paul with his Twitter antics.
McGregor wrote, “I’m going to slice through someone on return.” To get his fans hyped for his much-awaited return.

The 34-year-old appears buff after an extended vacation from the game. But, regularly posts clips of his training. Evidently, McGregor isn’t slacking off. But, preparing himself for a possible fight against Michael Chandler.

Recently, UFC Boss Dana White, who is best buddies with The Irishman, teased his return to the UFC. Fans went wild and theorized about his fight against Michael Chandler. Even Chandler, who’s a huge fan of McGregor, touted himself as his best opponent.

Chandler spoke about their possible bout at the UFC 281 post-fight presser and said, “I think at this point he comes back, and he looks at the suitors, I don’t think I’m the easiest fight that he can take…” and added, “I think Conor McGregor stepping back in the octagon does big numbers no matter what, (but) he and I step into the Octagon, and we’ll do staggering numbers.”
